CBS School of Accounting Honours Scholarships for Undergraduate Students, Australia 2013

Curtin University offers accounting honours scholarships for undergraduate students. Applicants must be enrolling full-time (100 credits) in accounting honours major. Three scholarships are offered. Each Scholarship will provide $1,500 per semester towards student tuition for the honours year. These scholarships are merit based and available for Bachelor of Commerce. Application should be submitted till August 9, 2013.

Eligibility: Applicants must meet all of the following criteria to receive the CBS School of Accounting Honours Scholarship:

• Be enrolling full-time (100 credits) in an Accounting Honours Major- SPK 301599.
• Maintain a high academic standard throughout the duration of their undergraduate degree.
• The recipient must demonstrate academic merit and a keen interest and commitment towards study/training in the Accounting field. Scholarship Open for International Students: International, New Zealand and Australian students can apply for these scholarships.

Scholarship Description: Curtin Business School (CBS) is the largest teaching division of Curtin University and one of the most comprehensive business teaching facilities in Australia. The CBS School of Accounting Honours Scholarship has been developed by the School of Accounting within CBS to support Honours year students who have chosen Accounting as a career path. The Scholarship is offered to Curtin students who are commencing full time in an Accounting Honours major.

Number of award (s): Three scholarships are offered.

Duration of award (s): Scholarships are offered for the honors year.

What does it cover? Each Scholarship will provide $1,500 per semester towards student tuition for the Honours year.

Selection criteria: The scholarships will be awarded on the basis of Merit.

Notification: All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application via an official communication (OC) through their student Oasis within 6-8 weeks of the closing date.
